Luego se coloca una cubierta con cielo raso; se est\u00e1 trabajando en los desag\u00fces pluviales y en el desmonte de la vieja estructura del Teatro que estaba sobre la torre esc\u00e9nica. Tambi\u00e9n se har\u00e1n revoques exteriores, impermeabilizantes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La pr\u00f3xima etapa ser\u00e1 el proyecto de la Sala.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe recordar que la obra del Teatro San Mart\u00edn cuenta con el financiamiento de la Fundaci\u00f3n Centro Regional Universitario Pergamino y la est\u00e1 ejecutando el contratista local Scofano y C\u00eda.
